1. Scope of Delivery
Promoregals.com ships to all of Spain (mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). For shipments to other European countries or the Canary Islands , please contact our team at promoregals.com for specific terms and conditions.
2. Delivery Times

Non-personalized products : The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation.

Customized or special-made products : The lead time may vary between 7, 15, or 30 business days , depending on the order volume and the complexity of the customization. This timeframe will be confirmed by our team after final design approval.
Important : Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond Promoregals.com 's control (transport strikes, weather conditions, holiday periods, etc.).
3. Shipping Costs

Orders over €200 (excluding VAT) : Free shipping within the Peninsula.

Orders under €200 : A flat rate of €8 + VAT will be applied for standard shipping.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands may have an additional cost which will be indicated before finalizing the purchase.
4. Transport and Delivery
All orders are shipped via trusted transport agencies. The customer will receive an email with the tracking number once their order has been shipped.
Reception conditions :

The customer must check the condition of the package at the time of delivery.

If any anomaly is detected (open, damaged, or dented package), the carrier must be notified at the time of delivery and this must be noted in writing on the delivery note.

Promoregals.com must also be notified within a maximum of 24 hours via promoregals.com .
5. Delays or Incidents
If you experience a delivery delay, please contact us indicating your order number so that we can manage the issue directly with the shipping company.
6. Incorrect Address or Absence
Promoregals.com is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

Repeated absence of the recipient at the delivery location.
In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending.
