MANIFEST
I. That I have been informed of the direct costs of returning the product under the terms indicated in the general terms and conditions of contract.
II. I have been informed that I will not be able to exercise my right of withdrawal on products that are excluded within the clause of EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
III. I attach to this withdrawal document a copy of the purchase invoice for the product acquired.
IV. I have been informed that, in accordance with current regulations, I must return the product without delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which I communicate my decision to withdraw from the contract.
V. That in accordance with the aforementioned articles, I exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the corresponding product in perfect condition, with its original packaging or in packaging that guarantees that the items will not be damaged, with all accessories and promotions attached to the purchase.
I also agree that, if my right is applicable, the full amount paid on the day will be returned to me, WITHOUT interest, to the account I provided within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the time of receipt of this by the Provider.
